The traditions of French cuisine provide the framework for Chef Anthony Siketa’s ever-changing menu at the Albany. With influences from across Europe, the menu might include black truffle risotto, quail with chestnut veloute or a spicy duck cassoulet. The casual and relaxed feel of the restaurant, (which has been described as 1950's californian hip and french bistro chic) is a great environment to enjoy the food. The staff are knowledgeable and Manager Matthew Stipanov will guide you through the ever-changing wine list. Many of which are available by the glass.
