Millswyn Street runs between gorgeous Fawkner park and the Royal Botanic

well a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride, close to the Grand Prix circuit (easily
audible in Feb), a short tram ride to the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), the
Victoria and Prahan Markets, the Rod Laver Tennis Centre and the many of the
Overseas Consulates.
